Accessibility & Guest Services

Legacy Day is being planned to welcome seniors, families and guests with disabilities with dignity, clear information and practical support.

Accessible Routes

Final accessible entrances, travel paths, curb transitions, rest areas and route conditions will be identified on the published event map.

Accessible Seating

Designated viewing and seating areas will be identified where site conditions and capacity allow. Space may be limited and cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.

Senior Guest Support

The plan may include reserved seating, shade, water, volunteer escorts and transportation coordination with participating senior organizations.

Mobility Devices

Wheelchairs, walkers and medically necessary mobility devices are welcome. Some outdoor surfaces or routes may be uneven, so review location-specific updates.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable rules. Owners remain responsible for control, care and cleanup.

Communication Access

Requests for interpretation, captioning or other communication support should be submitted early so the team can evaluate availability and operational requirements.

Medical & Wellness Support

First-aid, wellness and emergency information will be shown on the final map. Guests should bring required medication and clearly communicate urgent needs.

Request Assistance

Use the RSVP form to describe an accessibility request without sharing unnecessary medical details. The team will respond when additional coordination is required.

Accessibility contact: Submit your request through the RSVP form or email forcemds@shyparis.com. Please contact the team as early as possible; requested services remain subject to availability, site conditions and operational approval.
