Know Before You Go
Practical information for a safe, welcoming and memorable Force MDs Way Legacy Day experience.
Before You Leave
Check Event Updates, confirm the activity and location you plan to attend, review transportation, charge your phone and bring any essential medication.
What to Bring
Photo identification when required, mobile confirmation, weather protection, refillable water bottle where permitted, necessary medication and comfortable footwear.
What Not to Bring
Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, unauthorized vending, unsafe signs or structures, drones without approval, and any item prohibited by security or venue rules.
Children & Families
Children must remain with a responsible adult. Establish a family meeting point, write a guardian phone number for younger children and identify guest-services locations.
Weather & Emergencies
Follow official staff, public-safety and emergency instructions. Weather delays, relocations or cancellations will appear on Event Updates and may be sent to registered guests.
Photography & Recording
The event may be photographed, filmed or streamed. Restricted areas, interviews and close-up recordings may require additional consent or credentials.
Community Standards
Treat guests, artists, volunteers, residents, businesses and staff with dignity. Harassment, threats, unsafe conduct and disruption may result in removal.
